Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Krick Fire collects when you use our website or our product, DigiParivarHealth, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@krickfire.com and we'll explain it properly.

On this website, we collect very little. If you email us, we have your email address and whatever you send us. We don't run advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties.

Inside DigiParivarHealth, we collect the information you give us to run the app: account details, the health records you or your family choose to add, appointment and medication information, and technical data like device type and app version so we can fix bugs.

Health records you store in DigiParivarHealth are encrypted, both on your device and in our database. We don't share a patient's health records with any hospital, clinic or other party unless the patient explicitly grants consent, either directly in the app or through the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) consent flow. You can see and revoke that consent at any time.

All data is stored in India, on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Mumbai region. Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3, and data at rest is encrypted on both the server and on your device.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to know what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we'll get back to you.

This website does not use tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this page before it does.

We may update this policy as the product changes. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
